Types of Licenses
•Procreate Extended License
What license comes with the Procreate Brushes?
All Procreate brushes/stamps come with their own Procreate license - Extended
With this license you can use the brushes in unlimited projects even if you plan on selling those projects. Any work you create using the brushes belongs to you and you are welcome to sell the artwork or use your creations in any way you like - once you create the illustration, you own it 100%.
There are no restrictions to how many projects you can create and how many items you sell that have been created with the brushes. You may sell unlimited amounts of your finished product.
However, please take note of the following restrictions:
Sharing the original brushes, shapes, patterns, color swatches is not permitted.
Pattern brushes and stamps may not be used as is, (See POOH Sample; where text was added to balloon to make this a new piece) but can be used within a design as part of a wider creation. (Like our pattern files)
Copying brushes and tweaking slightly to resell as your own is strictly prohibited.
• Standard License
All of our licenses types are Single seat licences intended for a single user. You can see full Terms HERE
What you CAN do under this small business commercial license…
Use our graphics, fonts, and patterns, to create multiple personal and commercial products. Like above. Zebra graphic used to create a stationary set. Examples of commercial projects may be a Birth Announcement pack that you sell to your client, or use for branding; Like a logo, for a website, social media posts and banners.
Then sell up to 5000 Units of your creation. Need to sell more than 5000 units, but less than 250,000? Purchase the files again and you are covered for another 5000 end projects.
Graphics
Graphic files, (clip art) fall under our standard license and need to be incorporated into your unique designs and not used AS IS - When creating your design, ensure it is difficult to extract our design from your creation, like the knight image on the far right. If uploading to a T-shirt site or etc… it must be a flattened jpg/png image, not layers; where the printer cannot extract individual items. If your printer needs individual source files they must buy their own graphics with license. Yes you can create new pieces to sell for retail, as long as it includes: 3 or more pieces of additional overlapping, compressed components making a new unique creation. You cannot copyright or claim ownership, nor make stamps, stickers or templates.
Need to use the image AS IS? Add an Extended License in the shop at check out.
Patterns
Pattern files fall under our standard license and need to be incorporated into your own unique designs. Unique is not putting one (1) of our graphics and our patterns together and using AS IS, there must be a predominant unique, main overlapping element that you took time to create yourself. You may use several of our graphics to overlap each other and creat a unique design like the hippo with balloons above right, (made up of 4 separate, overlapping, graphic elements). - When creating your design, ensure it is difficult to extract our design from your creation, like the image on the right, and that it is flattened into one layer. Need to use the patterns AS IS? Add an Extended License in the shop at check out.
