• Gallery Prints (Due to edition numbers, and print on demand, editions are printed for guests as you order them. They cannot be returned/refunded.

•Gallery Original paintings, sculpts and media, special items; due to their delicate nature. Ensure you measure intended spaces with extra room.

•Digital downloadable products cannot be returned due to their nature of being permanently in your hands upon download.

• Anything stating non-returnable in product description.

•Items returned damaged.

PHYSICAL Items that may be returned within 30 days.

-Policy: Buyer has 30 days to return new/antique physical items in the same condition as sent. Buyer pays return shipping and will receive a full refund if item is not used nor opened. Minus original shipping fees plus 10 % restock Handling fee.

Example: Guest purchased Xacto knife for $10 plus $5 shipping. Tax 8% Total: $16.20. Guest returns Xacto unopened. They pay shipping to return. Return received by GrafXQuest LLC in same packaging and unopened. Guest Refund total will be tax for product (but not shipping)* plus total of product cost minus - 10% restock/handling fee. Refund amount: $9.80. $9 for product, (minus 10%) and original tax amount paid on $10 product .80.* (This policy covers new/antique items returned un-opened.) The same rule applies to used/gently tested items except for refund/restocking fees. Read below.

*Note based on residence some states do not tax and or tax on delivery fees. This will be determined at checkout.

• Physical tangible goods, unless stated, that are not in the gallery are covered under our 30 day return policy.

• Returned Physical tangible goods that have been deemed opened/used but deemed resell able again will recieve a 50% refund minus 50% for restock/package/cleaning and will follow the same policy rules pertaining to shipping. (See above)

All images Vintage/Antique or otherwise on this site are handled the same way. With a small business license, even if you got it from me for free. Due to the Vintage/Antique images having gone through transformation of being cleaned, re colored/drawn or repaired, scanned and fixed makes them exclusive to us.

Yes and No. Yes if it is for personal use and used on a home printer ; for instance printing 12X12 Cardstock. Yes for a website background as long as the image is embedded into the code and cannot be taken by right clicking on it. No if you wish to use it for selling as is on end products. Papers must be incorporated into a new design. Note: Anyone wishing to Use Paper Patterns as a stand alone pattern must purchase an individual Pattern License. Only Patterns sold under a pattern license may be used as is.

The Elevated License is $85 per pattern/graphic. The standard License is good for one physical end product. Example: Spoonflower fabric. You wish to make several yards of this pattern for a fabric. You may make up to 250,000 Yards. Or you wish to make 250,000 Pillows with this pattern. This would then conclude your License. After making 1 end product of any 250,000 units will conclude your license. This license does not allow for making digital products using these patterns.

Unlike the items sold under the standard small business licence that may not be used as is, items sold under the Elevated License may be used in a stand-alone capacity.

This means you can use the patterns as the main integrity of your end product. For example, you can use the pattern as is to print bolt fabric, wall paper, or gift wrap. (Please note, end products may only be physical in nature, no digital products are permitted under this license.)

The price point of the Pattern License is in line with industry standard for royalty-free patterns of this nature. should you have any questions regarding this license, please feel free to contact me.

No. All of my licenses are single user licenses only – meaning only one person can install them and use them. If you require a license for a team, please contact me and I’ll set that up for you – I simply charge the product price times the amount of licenses you need. Example: (Team of ten need access to file, purchase 10 of same product.)

A single user license means that only the person who has purchased the product is licensed to use the Resources contained within the product. You are allowed to use these resources across 3 active devices as part of your license.

No. Printables may not be sold as digital files, nor part of any digital file packs, or as scrap or part of a package. Printables may not be sold as physical print outs. Printables must not be altered, and must be used as is on a physical object. The physical object you sell must have the printable adhered in some way, and the standard license per piece applies. If you wish to sell the individual printable pieces as stickers, you may do so IF the printable was designed to be a sticker set, and you print them yourself. To professionally print them, you will have to buy an additional seat (another license/product) for the printer. All other graphics follow The standard license which applies.

Simply Yes. It has been a long time coming, a revamp to the original website to make it more simplified and streamlined. We have taken the time to pull off years worth of vintage images we shared for free, plus removed old product, and revamped our Membership section to make it easier to access the free components we now offer. We have also made the shopping experience easier.

No, we will not. We have decided that it no longer fits within the realm of where GrafXQuest is going in the future, which is more new and illustrated product offerings. However we will be merging the best of our original vintage images into kits for purchase. They will be remade over to include them as PNG files where applicable. So look forward to cleaner and beter mages there.

Yes. Over an eight year time period we found that continually offering free product resulted in our guests asking for more and more, and being a disabled company we 1. Couldn’t keep up and 2. We were getting rare financial support and sales from our guests. In the end we are a small business company that needs to pay bills like everyone else. It is an unfortunate reality. However we feel that you will love our new Members area (Mystic Swag) and will enjoy the easier experience of our new offerings.
